I’m an HR Consultant, Coach and entrepreneur. I’ve worked at both early stage start-ups (as 'solo HR') and large established companies (as Head of HR Operations). I help my clients on both tactical and strategic HR/People Operations initiatives AND coaching, mindset and emotional regulation. I’m a Duke MBA and ICF Certified Professional Coach, and spent time in-house at companies like SoftBank and Google. I've been featured in CNBC and have spoken at companies like Google and NBC Universal.

I run Aspire Talent, a boutique HR consultancy that helps startups and SMBs on all things People Operations. With a 'people first' philosophy and desire to drive impactful change, we help HR teams and organizations grow sustainably for the long run through systems, process and design thinking.
